Warranty Information
Rock Enterprises will warranty
defective merchandise for 1 year from date of Purchase, unless otherwise written
or expressed. When installed by Rock Enterprises there is a life time labor
warranty on our work. .
After 1 year days you must return defective merchandise to the factory, or to
a Warranty station.
*Any units that are found to be defective due to abuse, will not be considered a Warranty item.
All units returned for credit
must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and be
in new condition. All units returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking
fee.
To return merchandise you must
obtain a return authorization number.

Customers will pay shipping charges on all returns to Rock Enterprises.
Rock Enterprises will pay UPS ground shipping charges back to the customer.
*Included are scratches, cut plugs, missing items, torn boxes, etc…
Rock Enterprises warranty using our labor:
**All non factory alarm products are 3 years parts and lifetime labor.
**All factory alarms are life time parts, 3 years labor
**Video products 1 year parts and labor.
**All other electronics with our labor is:
First 6 months exchange.
**1 year repair.
Life time labor
** Conditional to non
tampering, and non manufacturing defects.
** Customer must have proof of
purchase.
